Six specialty strains in rotation: Lion’s Mane, Pink and Blue Oyster, Chestnut, Maitake — and Cordyceps militaris, raised in the lab.

Find us at the weekend farmers markets (Saturday at the Plaza, Sunday at the Northside lot). Shipped orders leave the farm every Tuesday — refrigerated, insulated, and best enjoyed within a few days of arrival.

Note: fresh strains are a perishable product — open the box, ventilate, and refrigerate on arrival. Dried Cordyceps ships anytime.
